Here are some updates in my life:
Got a new job at Recruit Legal. Basically a recruiting agency doing specialisation in the recruitment of legal staff. Interviews with Corporate Secretaries,Paralegals, lawyers,legal secretary and etc. Mon to Fri 8.30 to 5.30
Nice job. Starting to love it. I just call law firms or service provider firms and asked if they require our helpin recruiting legal staffs for them. When they give the green light, then off i go to find suitable candidtes in the database to match their critieria.Of course, i do earn commission when candidates that i sent managed to land the job. So far so good. I am week two into this job now.
Got a new student. Primary one kid that is super smart and maybe too smart for his own good. Imagine as i go tru oral discussion with him and he asked " Why are all of the ppl inside so old? They all got white hair!" (apparently the publisher chose to scrimp on black ink and did not color the hair of the characters drawn) There i was, speechless. But overall, he is still manageable. Monday and Thursdays are allocated to him.
My sis's grades are super bad now that i have to tutor her as well. Haiz. Wednesdays and Fridays are gone.
Saturday and Sundays (especially) are hectic days for me as i ought to tutor my sec 4 cousin and another pri 6 student. Trying my best to schedule my weekends so that i can have more breather.
In short, my life is packed and leaving only a few hrs here and there for me to look in the sky and daze. Probably its good this way. At least need not bother much abt other stuffs that weighs on my brain here and there.
Managed to catch up abit on reality when i met Roy and Belle for K box on Sat and after that Sushi buffet. Also, we caught a movie - Meet the Robinsons. Nice show. But i was in a rush to meet Eddy to go for the class outing that i missed the ending part of the movie. Thanks Belle and Roy for the fun i had on Sat.simply love the K box times we had. Roy's deep voice will be missed when he goes NS.Lol.
Class outing was okay. Caught up abit with Nianci with her life and olso some of my classmates' life. Bad Eddy. Hope he stops smoking soon. On my way home, smth bad happened and was having the urge to cry. But thanks to Jerome. I feel so much better after pouring out my grief.Friendships are fragile. Once broken, hard to mend regardless of the years. Thats wad i learnt.
Sunday. After ending tuition at 7.45 pm. Met koksiang for dinner. I got the urge to eat fries. Suprisingly instead of Mac, he treated me Swensens. Yummy fries. Had fun chatting with him. UFOs and Aliens. He keep suan-ing of my height. sob. I learnt from him that eating noodles dun make one taller. All right, that explains my height now. If only, i known this earlier.Probably, i would have been taller.Haha.Wanted to go Popular to get my pri 1 student Pokemon sticker but too late. It was closed. -_- Anybody got an idea where else can i get Pokemon stickers??
Koksiang was nice to chat with, despite the suan-ing. Lol. He was nice enuff to accompany me on my way home. Share abit of my "colourful" life with him. I am saving from now on to return his treat once he comes out frm army. (chu-bing). Lol.
Overall, it was a fulfilling long break i have this time round. But here's to say sorry to my lovely daddy that i cant join you and Sya for the Man U matches as i had plans by the time you guys invited me over. So sorry. But i will definitely shelf time to join u two asap for a Man U match. =)
